‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Check out tease from Lauren Bushnell – Ben Higgins date

For those of you wanting to see another preview for Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelor,” we’re pleased to be bringing you the latest when it comes to Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell.

In the sneak peek below, you can see what may be the most random date in the history of the franchise. It’s like someone was operating with the Cliff Notes for what a “Bachelor” date should be, and they then spent the rest of the time checking off all of the boxes. Plane ride? Check. Chance for Ben to pick her and carry her around? Check. Hot tub? Check. The difference this time is that this is a HOT TUB IN A MIDDLE OF THE FIELD. This is completely absurd, but it also does tie back to the fact that clearly, everyone just wants to see Ben take his shirt off. (After what we had on “Bachelor Live” last week, is this really necessary?)

Judging from what we see on this date already, it is fairly easy to assume that she and Ben are doing very well, and are well on the way to getting closer to each other. It may be too early to consider her the #1 contender for sure right now, but this will probably go a long way towards making her someone who could at least make it to the top 4. Anytime you get a one-on-one date this early in the season, we do think of it as a great sign.
