‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Alex Morgan, Kelley O’Hara stop by

Ben -It wouldn’t be “The Bachelor” or “The Bachelorette” without some sort of athletic group date where contestants could potentially injure one another, so with that in mind, we’re going to have something coming on Monday night’s new episode! We’ve seen in the past everything from wrestling to boxing to basketball in this spot, and for Ben Higgins’ season, soccer appears to be the sport du jour.

Take a look at the synopsis below to get some further news on Alex Morgan and Kelley O’Hara, and how these two are going to have an integral role in what lies ahead:

“It’s the “Stars” versus the “Stripes” when 12 bachelorettes arrive at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and are split up to have Alex Morgan and Kelley O’Hara, members of the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, who won the World Cup, coach them. They offer the women a crash course in the fine art of kicking and heading the ball, but not everyone is a quick study. One bachelorette fakes a serious injury to get Ben’s attention; however, the competition continues with “Stars” facing off against “Stripes.” All of these women are passionate, and not everyone walks away unharmed. The winning team heads to a party with Ben while the losers go home.”

Personally, we hate these dates. They’re not fun, they’re not entertaining, and they always lead to people getting angry with each other. Also, getting sweaty is not romantic! It’s also somewhat cruel that women are penalized in some way just because they aren’t good at whatever particular sport this competition is themed around. If they wanted to be good at soccer, wouldn’t they actually play it on a regular basis?
