Is ‘Supergirl’ season 1, episode 10 new tonight on CBS? More ‘Bizarro’ details

Kara -

Last week marked the return of “Supergirl” season 1 to CBS, where we saw the show not only return to better ratings, but there was a tense stand-off between Non and Supergirl that led to Astra being traded for Hank Henshaw. We have a temporary cease-fire between the parties, but we have a hard time thinking that we are out of the woods just yet with these characters.

Unfortunately, you are going to have to wait a little while to see what happens next. There is no new episode airing tonight on the network, and we don’t quite understand the reason why. (We totally get why there are repeats on tomorrow, but that is more because of the State of the Union Address airing across many of the big four networks.)

As a way to help appease you until the new episode, we’ve got some details for you below on the next two installments! Enjoy.

“Strange Visitor From Another Planet” (January 18) – A big Martian Manhunter episode, as you are going to see White Martian for the first time. Also, Blake Jenner will make his debut as Cat Grant’s son Adam, who has lived far away from her for some time.

“Bizarro” (January 25) – Here’s the official, just-released CBS description: “Kara faces off against her mirror image when Bizarro (Hope Lauren), a twisted version of Supergirl, sets out to destroy her.  Also, Kara grows closer with Cat’s son, Adam (Blake Jenner).”

It’s interesting that the show has a different actress playing their Bizarro-Girl, since we almost wondered if it would just be Melissa Benoist in different makeup. It’ll be interesting to see what happens here.
