‘Daredevil’ season 2: Do we now know the premiere month?

“Daredevil” season 1 was a heck of a thrill to watch, but unfortunately for many, the problem remains the same: Having to wait so long to see what happens next! Many viewers out there more than likely binge-watched the first batch over a few days, which now means that it has been a good eight or nine months since they wrapped it up.

So would the news about a slightly earlier-than-expected premiere help to make up for it? While not confirmed, a new Entertainment Weekly magazine story hinted that the second season may be coming in March. This means that you could get more episodes at least ten days earlier than you had season 1, and it’s certainly possible they could come earlier than that. We’ll have to wait and see if Netflix indeed confirms this to be the case soon, but it would make some sense for the show to launch a little earlier.

Let’s explain our reasoning in a two-point form.

1. “The Walking Dead” should be done with their second half of season 6 in early April, which means that there would only be a tiny amount of overlap here.

2. Meanwhile, “Game of Thrones” is probably premiering a little later in April than it has in some past years, which in turn come means that “Daredevil” fans could have a window of a couple of weeks in here to dive into the show without distraction. The earlier the start, the better for those who are going to be immersed into Westeros.

Also, waiting is terrible. That should be reason enough.
