‘The X Factor’ UK: Caroline Flack currently unsure of return

Are we at the end of the road just yet when it comes to Caroline Flack on “The X Factor“? We know that she and Olly Murs did not receive the best reviews for this past season, but at the same time, they also weren’t put in the best situation. We thought that they were rather great hosting “The Xtra Factor,” but doing the main show is to us much better when it is only one person. It’s really not that much of a two-person job.

Caroline spoke recently about the show to the Mirror, and in the process admitted that there were some tough times and she had to deal with some particularly bad experiences where people were insulting her about her appearance online. However, she does feel like the good far outweighs the bad and she is looking forward to seeing what happens next:

“The X Factor was one of my best experiences. I loved every minute. Mistakes happen all the time. It’s part of telly. So when things go wrong, people are always going to go, ‘It’s your fault.’

“Simon gave me a big cuddle afterwards and said, ‘It’s not your fault.’ I haven’t decided about doing it again yet, but everyone knows you don’t talk about X Factor until later in the year.”

We love how Flack worded the comment when it comes to seizing the power for herself. She’s setting herself up well by saying that the decision is hers that if she is not hosting next year, she can ensure that she departs on her own accord before rumors start to sprout suggesting something otherwise.
