‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6 spoilers: First details on ‘Charlotte’s Web,’ ‘The Gloves Are On’
Season 6 of “Pretty Little Liars” returns on January 12 with new episodes, and we figure that at this point, you have probably heard at least a few details about the winter premiere “Of Late I Think of Rosewood.” This episode will feel in many ways like a new pilot for the show, with us having to atch up on the characters’ lives before transitioning into what will be the next major mystery of the series.
What about the next two episodes? While ABC Family / Freeform (as it will be called the night of the show’s return) have not released longer synopses of the two episodes following this one, we do have at least their titles and a short description take a look below.
6×12, “Charlotte’s Web” – “The Liars start to look at one of their own as questions arise regarding the new mystery.”
Pretty intriguing, right? It is an indicator if nothing else that Charlotte DiLaurentis is far from gone from the series, even though you’re probably not going to be seeing her on a weekly basis. (Vanessa Ray has another gig on “Blue Bloods,” and we imagine that is a tough schedule to balance.)
6×13, “The Gloves Are On” – “Panic sets in for the Liars as the investigation turns to The Radley.”
The first thing to note here is that this is a change on the popular phrase “the gloves are off,” which typically means that someone is about to start getting really aggressive. The next thing is the term “The Radley.” What does this mean? The Radley Sanitarium was gone by the end of season 6A, so either it has reopened or something else on the show has taken up the name for a different purpose.
