‘Blue Bloods’ season 6 spoilers: Could Frank’s past come back to haunt him?

Blue Bloods season 6When we think of Frank Reagan on “Blue Bloods,” we do not tend to think of someone who has anything to worry about when it comes to elements of his past coming back to haunt him. He’s a flawed person, but for the most part someone who tries to live out the letter of the law.

Even with that, the reality still is that nobody wants to be reminded of things that they did many decades beforehand. Often you are a very different person, and with that you do very different things. This brings us to the story of “Back in the Day,” the upcoming January 8 episode where we could see a story all about how Frank’s first partner could decide to publish some stories that are rather unwelcome in his eyes. Take a look at the synopsis below:

“When Frank’s first partner announces plans to publish a book filled with stories of their early days on the force, Frank worries about his personal stories being made public.  Also, when Jamie and Eddie catch a call about a nearby officer needing assistance, the choices they each make will affect their future in the department and their relationship.”

Hey, it’s a significant Jamie and Eddie story! We’ve been clamoring for that for quite some time. We’re not entirely sure that it gets us any closer at the moment to our goal of seeing the two together, but for the time being progress is progress. We’ll take every little part of it that we possibly can.
