‘Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance’ finale video: Is there anything of note in new promo?

As with almost every “Survivor” finale under the sun, CBS is being as coy as ever in their latest promo released this weekend. There’s almost nothing of note in here in terms of what the players are saying; however, there is at least something that negates a much-debated theory over the past few days.

Judging from the network teases that there are “four tribal councils” coming in the three-hour affair, it means that there is no final four going to the final tribal council. It also means that there is no incident where someone is medically evacuated or is eliminated in an unusual way. The show’s just going to have to cram a whole lot of footage in here.

Who knows? Maybe some of it will be easy since there is a predictable tribal council or two along the way. The only thing that we know for certain is that something happens that Jeff Probst claims to be a “first” for the series. The prevailing theories are either a tie vote at the very end, or maybe Jeremy and Kelley Wentworth playing their immunity idols at the same time. It’ll be exciting either way, but we’ll just have to wait and see how everything transpires in the end.

The one thing that we’ll say right now in terms of game predictions is that while Jeremy is probably in the best spot out of anyone given his immunity idol and his allies, the edit on these promos has favored Spencer almost the entire way through.
