‘Homeland’ season 5, episode 10 preview: Can Carrie save Quinn?
Can you believe that there are only three episodes left of “Homeland” this season? The story is going into overdrive, and right when Carrie and Saul start to think that they have some parts of the situation under control, a new threat manages to emerge.
As the promo below for next week’s new episode shows you, Quinn is hurting in a rather bad way. Specifically, it looks as though his life is in danger, and unless Carrie or Saul figures out a way to secure his safety, he could be gone and their intelligence could be further shot. The idea of “Homeland” without Quinn at this point is rather depressing; sure, we managed to survive without him in the early going, but it was a completely different show then. (We don’t buy at all that Rupert Friend’s character is gone based on the ending tonight.)
From here, we turn yet again to another question: Will some of these characters finally address their trust issues with Allison? Carrie has obviously made her opinion on the subject clear, but both Saul and Dar Adal are going to have to make their own thoughts on the subject clear, and rather quickly, as we get near the end of this upcoming episode. There’s not much time for waiting and debating, and the crazy thing is that even when this particular storyline ends, there will be most likely other dominoes that fall … not to mention surprises.
Enjoy the promo, and we’ll be back at some point during the week to present even more headlines when it comes to the show.

I agree that Quinn can’t die because he’s assential to the show and Carrie. They have to explore the possiblities between Carrie and Quinn and the CIA.

This was one of the better episodes of this season after the rather slow past two eps.
Quinn is central to the show on an equal footing with Saul and Carrie, there’s no way he will die, that’d be just bad writing!

What do you mean “Can Allison really be trusted?” WE know that she can’t, obviously.

Speaking more from the perspective of the characters, but I’ll make that clearer!
