‘The X Factor’ UK spoilers: Louisa Johnson, Mason Noise, 4th Impact’s love and heartbreak songs

X Factor -

This week, the remaining contestants on “The X Factor” UK are performing songs themed around love and heartbreak, and we can also go ahead and reveal to you that there is far less drama this time when it comes to last-minute song switches or anything of the like. As we always do on Saturday before the show airs, we’ve got the full list of tracks that were chosen below!

Louisa Johnson, “Let It Go” – It’s the James Bay song, not the one from “Frozen.” Good luck trying to top the amazing cover from Jeffrey Austin this week on the American version of “The Voice.”

Lauren Murray, “We Belong Together” – We don’t necessarily love the idea of choosing this song just because it’s a big song, but out of Mariah’s songbook this is one that at least feels current. It’s better than “The Prayer.”

Reggie ‘n Bollie, “Dangerous Love / Shut Up And Dance” – Doing a collaboration between Fuse ODG and Walk The Moon is brave, but on the surface we’re really not sure if this is going to work.

4th Impact, “Ain’t No Other Man” – There’s no reason to think that they will not kill this, given that you could compare many of the group’s members in some with to Christina Aguilera given that they are small singers with enormous voices.

Anton Stephans, “One Sweet Day” – Good luck to Anton for doing a song that is sung by so many different people. Simon Cowell hasn’t done a great job with him on the song choices, so here is hoping that this changes.

Mason Noise, “Jealous” – Love the choice for Mason. This is a super-confident, competent song that is current. Given that song of the other song choices this week are far from inspired, he could have a chance.

Che Chesterman, “Yesterday” – Lovely song, but let’s not pretend that this is the most creative choice in the world. We’d love to see him do something a little more current at this stage.
