‘Chicago PD’ season 3, episode 10 preview: When will Sophia Bush, cast return with new episodes?

We hope that you really enjoyed the new episode of “Chicago PD” that aired on NBC Wednesday night for one simple reason: You’re not going to be seeing much more of the show for a while. This was the fall finale, and there is not even a specific date out there yet for the show’s return.

With that said, we can at least tell you that you won’t be waiting for too long moving into the new year to see more of the story. As Sophia Bush reveals in the Twitter post below, the show will be back in January with more new episodes. We’re not even at the halfway point yet, so you have to know that there are many more twists, turns, and surprises along the way. One that we know is coming with confidence is a massive crossover between all of the Chicago shows, which should help to give them all a little bit of a ratings bump.

As far as stories go, who knows what will be coming? For Bush’s Lindsay, we imagine that the idea of her and Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) having a little bit more of a stable relationship will inspire a few different things here and there, but we’re looking at such a blank slate that it is hard to know what it could be.

Don’t worry; just because the show is on hiatus doesn’t mean that we are! We’re going to continue to bring you as many different updates as we possibly can during the hiatus, just to give you more of an idea as to what could be coming up.
