For all who have enjoyed “Blindspot,” be prepared in one week’s time to say goodbye to the series … at least for a little while. The Jaimie Alexander show is airing its fall finale on NBC in just one week’s time, and this should be a great chance to see if anything truly insane is going to happen … including some shifts within the cast.
This particular episode is entitled “Evil Handmade Instrument,” and while the synopsis below doesn’t give away too much (it does not even mention any character by name), we think in general it does at least an okay job of making it clear what is going to be coming up:
“In the thrilling mid-season finale the team goes after a group of sleeper spies that have just been activated and race to stop a slew of assassinations.”
So as for when the show will be back in the new year, NBC has not confirmed that just yet. We’re prefer the show come back with “The Voice” in February, but the network may not be willing to do that out of fear that people tune out of the show during the hiatus. This is a concern with almost every new show. The only reason we’re partial to waiting for a while is simply because of our desire to have the show continue to get some of those ratings. Hey, it’s worked well so far, and the show already has a second season. We suppose either one of these moves is a risk, but we’ll have a chance to speak more about that in due time.
