‘Better Call Saul’ season 2 premiere date revealed!

Better Call Saul season 2For all of those wondering when you were going to be seeing more of “Better Call Saul” on AMC, the good news is here: You don’t have to wait anymore! The show is returning to the network on Monday, February 15 at 10:00 p.m. time, which means more or less that the show is going to have roughly the same run this time that they did in season 1. Bob Odenkirk is set to return once more as Jimmy McGill, and you’ll get to see more of his trajectory that eventually leads to him becoming Saul Goodman.

To go along with announcing the premiere date today, the network was kind enough to release at least one more thing: The new official image above of the title character, seemingly getting a little bit of rays. This is a season where he could start to find a little more success, now that he has decided that he no longer is going to be so concerned with doing the “right” thing in everything situation.

In a statement, executive producer Peter Gould ad the following to say about the upcoming story:

“Jimmy McGill’s journey takes surprising, left-handed turns in Season 2 of Better Call Saul … He goes to places we’d never, ever expected. As for Mike Ehrmantraut, he’s pulled deeper into a world he was sure he’d left forever.”

There’s little reason to feel anything other than excitement about this news. While we would say that season 1 did not necessarily rise to “Breaking Bad” levels, it does still remain one of the strongest shows on all of TV.
