‘The Walking Dead’ season 6, episode 6 preview: Norman Reedus front and center in new sneak peek
The tradition for “The Walking Dead” this season of bouncing around to various storylines happening more or less at the same time continues. We’ve already seen the characters at Alexandria try to recover from the latest onslaught and also prepare for the idea that Glenn is gone.
Come Sunday night, we’re going to go back on the road for a few minutes in order to better determine just how Daryl Dixon is faring in the wake of all that has transpired. Based on the sneak peek below, he is hanging in there … sort of. While he’s clearly having some transportation issues, he is still alive and relatively unharmed. Much of his story on this particular episode is probably going to be about figuring out a way to ensure that he, Abraham, and Sasha are all on the same page out on the road.
Is this the story that Glenn shows back up for? We feel like it is at least possible, since the longer that the producers dangle that particular carrot, the more frustrated inevitably that people are going to be. Given that there are only three episodes left this season, we can only imagine just how infuriated the fan base would be if this is something saved until the second half of the season.
While it’s awesome to see Daryl in this preview and Norman Reedus consistently does a great job in the part, this is the sort of sneak that is fairly hard to comment on. What can you really say about it other than what you see on the surface?
