‘Blindspot’ episode 9 preview: Is a big death coming up?
There are only two more episodes left on “Blindspot” season 1, and based on the promo below, these are going to be episodes worth watching live. Otherwise, you run the risk of someone spoiling for you what could be a very big event.
This promo makes you seriously believe that someone is dying this fall, and we’re inclined to believe them. With that being said, you can go ahead and assume that Jane and Weller are fine. The show’s not going to eliminate one of their leads this early, especially the woman with all of the tattoos at the center of the show.
Plus, we feel like the escalating relationship between these two characters is something that is going to be at the center of the show for a long time still. The synopsis below gives you a little bit of a sense as to what is going on between the two of them, but also a few other details about a secret mission:
“Jane (Jaimie Alexander) and Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) go undercover as a world-class assassin couple to prevent deadly information from getting into the wrong hands. The intimate assignment draws them closer than ever. Meanwhile, David (guest star Joe Dinicol) embarks on a solo mission to win Patterson (Ashley Johnson) back, and Carter (guest star Michael Gaston) clashes with Mayfair (Marianne Jean-Baptiste) over how to handle a dangerous individual.”
So when will the series return after its holiday hiatus? While we suppose that there is a chance it will be back come January, we personally hope that it waits until February when “The Voice” begins. That way, you can run a straight show of episodes until the end of the season, and it gives the show more protection in the ratings.
