Former ‘Bachelorette’ rivals Shawn Booth, Nick Viall team up for Movember

Remember on this past season of “The Bachelorette,” where it certainly seemed as though Shawn Booth and Nick Viall hated each other with the white-hot passion of a trillion suns? Well, the two are now teaming up and turning things around, and it is all for a good cause.

The two guys, who competed extensively for Kaitlyn Bristowe’s heart (she and Shawn are now engaged), have started together a fundraising page in honor of Movember. You can read more about what they are doing to raise money over here for a variety of men’s health-related causes, and their page also included the following message from the two:

“When Nick and Shawn team up for something .. you know it must be a big deal. Thats exactly what Movember is! Lets all come together and help raise awareness & money for these serious men’s health issues. We love moustaches … and we hate cancer. We want to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health! Let’s do this …”

The collaboration seemed to start last week, when Shawn challenged Nick to team up with him to raise money in video form.

It did not take Nick too long at all to conjure up some sort of response, and the fundraising was on!

These two have now begun officially their mustache-growing in honor of the month, and we’re doing the same thing over on this end. As we mentioned in our piece about some of the best TV ‘staches earlier this week, our co-founder Matt Carter is also starting to grow a mustache of his own.

So congrats to Shawn and Nick for teaming up for a great cause; for all “Bachelor” fans, rest assured that we’ll have plenty of coverage of the upcoming season with Ben Higgins soon!
