‘Gotham’ season 2, episode 8 preview: ‘Tonight’s the Night’ brings Barbara into the spotlight

For those of you who may have felt as though Barbara Kean has not been granted enough to do as of late on “Gotham” season 2, the good news that we have for you for the time being is this: That will be ending come next week, which could end up being the biggest story for her, Lee Thompkins, and of course by extension Jim Gordon that we have seen so far. “Tonight’s the Night” is the title for this particular installment, and the synopsis below offers up some further details as to what you can expect:

“Galavan sends Barbara after Jim Gordon, while he tries to make a business deal with Bruce Wayne. Barnes and Bullock are hot on Barbara’s trail, and Nygma has a run-in with a familiar face.”

What does Jim have to be particularly afraid of here? It’s really a laundry list of different things, including both the end of his life and also the end of his girlfriend’s in what could be a jealous rage.
