‘Big Brother 17’ finale: Jackie Ibarra on voting for Steve, Vanessa, regrets in CBS backyard interview

Jackie -

Remember early on “Big Brother” when people were accusing Jackie of just sleeping around and doing nothing? The funny thing is that she eventually turned that around after Jeff left, and became a potential threat to many in the house. Why? She thought for herself. Steve was ultimately the one to take her out as a safe move for him as Head of Household, but she still turned around and cast a vote for him in the end.

Jackie talked tonight with Big Jeff on the CBS live feeds tonight, and we’ve got a few assorted highlights from the chat below!

On tonight – “I’m really happy with the way it turned out. I’m glad Steve won. I gave him by vote … We knew we should have taken him out. He loves this game.”

On voting for Steve in the end – “It was not a tough decision. I wanted him to win.”

On regrets – “You know, I played a really low-key game and I was happy with that. I think letting everyone know what was in my head [was a mistake].”

On if Vanessa was in final two – “I would have voted for Vanessa in the final two with Liz, but if it was Vanessa with Steve, I would have given Steve me vote.”

On favorite moment – “I think just goofing around with my friends. James and Meg in the Have-Not room, [having a good time].

For those wondering, Jackie said that she wants to do “Survivor,” mostly so that she could complete the CBS trifecta since nobody has ever done that before.
