‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 3 spoilers: New look at Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie in action!

The third season of “Sleepy Hollow” is getting set to premiere on Fox October 1, and if you look above, you can see a quick look at just what has changed visible for Ichabod and Abbie!

The short answer to that is mostly that Abbie has a new look with shorter hair, and it makes some sense for her to have changed things up given that she is entering the season with more FBI training under the belt. She’s more skilled than ever before, and has finally made that part of her dream into a reality.

However, we don’t exactly expect this to change much at all when it comes to her story in Sleepy Hollow or with Ichabod Crane. This is a show about Nicole Beharie and Tom Mison’s characters battling the supernatural, and despite there being a bit of a reset after the first two seasons, there will be new, mysterious threats that surface as the two try to discover their purpose from here on out.

Every indication that we get right now is that the show is probably going to give you a little bit of a lighter tone this time around, and stay away from some of the extensive family drama that plagued season 2. With Katrina and Henry both gone from the show, this is probably not something that will be particularly hard for them to do.

Of course, one other thing to look forward to is the crossover with “Bones,” but that is not until a few weeks into the season.
