‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 7 spoilers: More news on Deeks’ mother

There are a variety of different stories to look forward to on the upcoming seventh season of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” beginning of course with the fact that we’re going to see Callen doing a particularly dangerous mission off the grid after finding out what he did from Callen during the season 6 finale.

So moving forward beyond that premiere, we’re going to have an episode entitled “Citadel” on September 28, which is going to feature another story that many out there are looking forward to seeing: The arrival of Pamela Reed as Deeks’ mother! She is someone we’ve been looking forward to seeing for some time, and for a variety of different reasons. Not only is she going to give some further insight for the Deeks / Kensi relationship, but it also could inform us more of what he is the way he is.

CBS released the synopsis earlier this week, and you can check that out below:

“DEA agent Talia Del Campo (Mercedes Mason) turns to the NCIS: Los Angeles team for help after her partner is murdered. Also, after Kensi grows suspicious that Deeks is hiding something, he surprises her by introducing her to his mother (Pamela Reed).”

For those of you who are wondering when Michael Weatherly is going to be entering the picture, he’s not mentioned in the guest cast for this episode. However, we do know that he is turning up at some point pretty early on in the season, so you are probably not going to be forced to wait for too long.
