‘Scream Queens’ spoilers: See Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, more in new opening
As we start to approach the premiere of “Scream Queens” on Fox Tuesday, September 22, we can only imagine that more information is going to start to come out about the show. For now, what we’ve got for you below is an extended title sequence posted on Twitter by none other than executive producer Ryan Murphy.
At first, we’ll just say that we found this entire opening to be incredibly weird, cheesy, and at times even off-putting because there were so many screams. Then, we started to actually like it in an odd way. Maybe it is because it feels like the cast and the show are really for the most part in on the joke, which is not something that you always see in these situations. It feels like there’s an awareness of what is being done here, and that this is meant to be a fairly-campy horror comedy with winks to the audience. There are literal winks in the opening!
Some of the cast members who are present here include Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer, and Abigail Breslin. In case you are wondering why people like Nick Jonas and Ariana Grande are not present, it is because they were never listed as regulars. Typically only the main stars are featured in these.
Stay tuned; you better believe that we’ll have even more news related to “Scream Queens” as it starts to become available…
