‘The Muppets’ spoilers: Liam Hemsworth to guest star, creates Instagram for first-look photo
One of the great things about ABC’s upcoming “The Muppets” is that you are going to get so many opportunities for there to be great guest stars. After all, this is the show that almost everyone will want to appear in!
According to a new report from Entertainment Weekly, Liam Hemsworth of “The Hunger Games” fame is going to be guest-starring as himself in an upcoming episode; to better promote it, the actor even created an Instagram account and posted his first photo of himself alongside with Miss Piggy. We’re not altogether shocked to see him taking on this job; Hemsworth has always had a good sense of humor, and in all honesty, who doesn’t want to guest-star alongside the Muppets? It’s the sort of job that almost everyone would dream of.
“The Muppets” is premiering on ABC on Tuesday, September 22, and it has already been confirmed that Imagine Dragons are going to be one of the first musical guests. The show is a behind-the-scenes look at a late-night talk show starring Miss Piggy, and is meant to be a more adult take on the characters (but don’t worry, your kids probably can still watch; they just won’t get all of the references).
