‘Bachelor in Paradise 2’ spoilers: The Samantha Steffen – Joe Bailey drama continues

Remember when Joe Bailey and Samantha Steffen at least had each other on “Bachelor in Paradise“? That was hilarious, and those were the days for these two! Things between these two lovebirds have clearly deteriorated in a big way since we got to the start of Sunday night’s new episode, when it looked like they were this big power couple. Now, they are no longer together, and it could get even crazier when she decides that she’d rather spend more time with someone else rather than him on the show Monday.

The synopsis below is very interesting, since in a way it seems almost intent on making Samantha into more of the villain, even though the show firmly started out this season in the camp of Joe as this evil-doer and ultimate heart-breaker. Take a look:

“The next day, Joe decides that his doomed relationship with Samantha is still salvageable. He seeks advice from Ashley I., who suggests that he attempt a fresh start with Samantha. But later that night, in a moment that is hard to watch, Joe’s attempt to win her back falls flat, leaving him heartbroken and embarrassed. To make matters worse, Justin from Kaitlyn’s season arrives in Paradise with a date card and has his eyes on Samantha. Despite Joe’s protests, Samantha agrees to join the new arrival on his date. Everyone is stunned by Samantha’s behavior, leaving them questioning who the real villain of Paradise is!”

Here’s your answer to that question: It’s still Joe. Samantha is just right there with him! There’s no real reason for any confusion on this.
