‘Criminal Minds’ season 11 spoilers: Expect a big Reid moment in premiere
For the most part, the writers / producers / stars of “Criminal Minds” have kept various details about the season 11 premiere under wraps. Sure, we know that Aisha Tyler is going to make her first appearance as Dr. Tara Lewis, and that AJ Cook will be gone for at least a little while thanks to being on maternity leave, there is still so much more that we don’t know and that’s all part of the fun!
As for the mystery of the episode, we’re sure that there will be a few shocking moments, some reasons for characters to be concerned, and also some really scary stuff. At some point along the way here, it does look like Reid is going to have a very big moment in the story, based on what executive producer / showrunner Erica Messer had to say to Entertainment Weekly:
“He gets to do a take down Reid style, which is just using his brain with a physical thing that’s really disturbing — you have to turn away … It’s not a standoff with a gun, it’s a Reid version of a takedown.”
We’re sure that Reid will have many important moments throughout the season, and the same goes for Rossi, Hotch, Garcia, and the rest of the team. What we want to see from them in season 11 is more than moments; we want to see them get their personal lives together, and start to build towards some sort of a future that can exist even beyond the confines of this particular series. There’s only so long that this show will be on the air, and we have to start to think towards the endgame. How do we want to see it all end and what kind of resolution can their be for our main characters when that end comes?

Media needs to stop shoving homosexuality and interracial dating down our throats. It’s suppose to be a choice, not by force. The show went a good ten years without interracial dating why start now?
