‘Teen Wolf’ season 5 spoilers: More on Parrish and Lydia, answers ahead

There is a new episode of “Teen Wolf” coming to MTV Monday night, but before we come to that, why not share another bit of information when it comes to one of the show’s biggest mysteries? We are starting to get a little closer to understanding the character of Parrish, but there are still some more wrinkles that need to be uncovered.

Rest assured that before you get to the end of season 5A, more will be revealed when it comes to this character! Also, you’re going to start to understand even more of his relationship with Lydia. This is something that according to TVLine, Ryan Kelley helped to make clear:

“Parrish is a little bit older than Lydia, but she’s also wise beyond her years. She’s extremely intelligent, and I think her character is more mature than most girls her age, which helps his connection with her. It’s not for sure that they’re going to be romantic, but he’s been having these hallucinations, which I don’t find to be strange at all — she’s a beautiful girl and he’s a male. A huge part of their connection is also that Lydia is trying to help Parrish figure out what he is, so he’s very vulnerable. Is he dangerous? Is he not? What makes him tick? It’s the same thing Lydia went through when she found out she’s a banshee, so she’s helping him baby-step his way through this.”

While these two have a clear connection, we’ve definitely seen many times over now that this does not mean everything within this world. We imagine them having many more stumbling blocks that they have to overcome, and how they take some of those on will be part of the fun of this particular show … along with how they battle for survival.
