‘Power’ season 2, episode 8 preview: Ghost, Angela, and the Lobos crisis in ‘Three Moves Ahead’
If you have found the story on “Power” to be particularly crazy, you’re not alone: This season has already had more twists and turns than we have known at times what to do with. Ever since the beginning, one of the biggest questions has been whether or not Ghost could continue to play all sides without no one figuring out. His freedom and his power (fitting, given the title of the show) will be tested more than ever before on the next new episode of the series, which carries with it the title of “Three Moves Ahead.”
Before we do anything else, it feels right to ahead and share the synopsis below via TV Guide. As you are going to be able to figure out here, Lobos will be front and center for the majority of the story:
“Lobos’ fending off a rival drug cartel and federal authorities impacts Ghost and Tommy; and Ghost hustles to get out from under Lobos’ thumb before Angela strikes.”
The good news we feel the need to remind you about here is strictly that unlike last season, this is not serving as the finale. There are two episodes beyond this one, and that will allow for further opportunities for the story to build. Angela is onto something thanks to the phone-hacking, but at the same time Ghost is well aware of some of her tactics after listening in to her conversation with Angela. In the midst of all this, you really cannot forget about Tasha, who is struggled in her marriage and still is tied to Tommy and many others.
