‘The Astronaut Wives Club’ episode 7 preview: What’s next for JoAnna Garcia Swisher, cast?

The story on “The Astronaut Wives Club” continues next week into an episode entitled “Rendezvous,” which is one where we could see many of the women on the show facing some difficult consequences. Someone could die in preparation for a very important program headed by NASA. Is it rewarding? In the end, sure, but it’s also risky.

Those of you who read history books or watch documentaries on the subject of the space race probably know a thing or two about how this ends already. For everyone else, we’ll keep this a mystery for now other than sharing the synopsis for “Rendezvous” below:

“As the Gemini missions are being successfully launched and the Apollo program kicks into high gear, the pressure on the wives grows exponentially. Gemini wife Marilyn Lovell hides an unexpected pregnancy and other wives face an even greater challenge—becoming the first space widows”

There are going to be a few different segments that may still be a surprise to some out there, but more than anything we just hope that the show really carries much of the history through in the right way.

There are still several episodes of the show ahead, and hopefully this is going to be a chance to see how much the show wants to cram in of these ladies’ journeys for us to see. We wonder if there is even possible for there to be another season of this. We’re not quite sure if there will even just based on the ratings, but we’ll have to wait and see.
