‘Arrow’ season 4 spoilers: Sara Lance’s White Canary story will be introduced

Legends -Many out there may be curious in how Sara Lance becomes the White Canary leading into “Legends of Tomorrow.” Namely, everyone may be curious in how in the world it is possible. While we know the Lazarus Pits can revive the dead, is it really possible to go and dig up someone who died months ago? Is there some sort of proper time limitation on this?

We have operated for some time that our primary theory here is that someone (maybe Rip Hunter?) travels back in time and spares Sara from decomposing, throwing her into the Pits and leading to her donning her new moniker. Maybe that’s right; we’re mostly coming at this from a place of wanting some established order within the show’s chaos. Otherwise, why not just go and throw Moira Queen into the Pits while we’re at it?

We cannot tell you much about the timing of it all, but “Arrow” executive producer Marc Guggenheim does confirm to E! News that you will have a chance to see the White Canary story launched on the flagship show, and much of it will build to when “Legends of Tomorrow” really gets going:

“The White Canary will be launched in the first few episodes of Arrow … 4×08, our typical crossover episode, will be doing a lot of heavy-lifting in terms of getting the Legends of Tomorrow characters set up and also seeing where they are with relation to The Flash. It’s a big episode.”

This sounds to us fun, super-ambitious, and also a little bit crazy. In other words, it is almost everything that we could possibly want to see in a crossover event, especially one that has to launch a new spin-off at midseason.
