‘Under the Dome’ season 3, episode 4 preview: What lies ahead in ‘The Kinship’
We are now a good three episodes into “Under the Dome” season 3, and we are starting to at least get a minor sense of what some of the latest happenings in and around Chester’s Mill really are. Is there a reason that the past is coming back to be so haunting, and what sort of new evil is being spawned out? “The Kinship” next week will be a search for answers, and then also hopefully understanding more of the mysterious character of Christine. This is an interesting new role for Marg Helgenberger, and one that really allows her to explore some other avenues.
If you want to get some specific news in terms of what to expect from this episode, our suggestion is to take a look at the synopsis below (provided that you have not seen it already … or even if you have):
“Under the guise of helping Chester’s Mill rebuild, Christine (Marg Helgenberger) urges the townspeople towards specific individuals and projects that remind them of their experience in the tunnels. Also, Julia and Big Jim make shocking discoveries that reveal a new threat within the Dome.”
The promo below is somewhat emotional, which leads us to say this: It is really not often that this early on in a season, we see characters who are wrestling with so much in the way of stakes and emotion. We want to think that this sets a great precedent for the rest of the season.
