‘Masters of Sex’ season 3 video: Lizzy Caplan on Virginia’s evolution, style

The third season of “Masters of Sex” is coming on Sunday, July 12, and while you wait for that to be there, why not see some more of what Lizzy Caplan has to say about the story ahead?

Of course, Caplan is not going to be one to spoil just about everything when it comes to the future of Bill Masters and Virginia Johnson. What we know in that realm is that the show is jumping forward deep into the 1960s, and this is a period of time where the two no longer have to worry about being outliers and underdogs. They are now on the rise, and are some of the pioneers for the sexual revolution. People want to hear what the two parties have to say about things.

Thanks to all of the newfound attention, these two characters are extremely busy. According to Caplan, one of the reasons why her style is going to be a little bit behind some of the other characters is this particular reason. She is spending so much time at the moment trying to ensure that she is up to speed with work and putting on the right presentations. Therefore, the last thing on her mind is keeping up with some aesthetics.

Ultimately, we imagine that season 3 is going to be an enormous block of episodes for the Virginia character, and we should push the story forward in a huge way by the time we get to the finale. Stay tuned; we’ll have some other scoop as time passes.
