‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3 spoilers: Could Bobbi Morse spin-off still happen?
While there was never a formal backdoor pilot for it by any means, there was a good bit of discussion as of late regarding whether or not Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD” could form some sort of a spin-off series starring Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood as Bobbi Morse / Mockingbird and Lance Hunter. They were two popular new additions to the series, and clearly it feels like there is enough of a story for the two of them to feature it prominently.
However, ABC ultimately decided that rather than put this spin-off on the air, they were going to order a second season of “Agent Carter” and hopefully keep these two characters around the flagship show, given that they were so popular there. With that being said, does this mean that Bobbi and Lance are always going to be without a show focusing on their own adventures? Based on what Adrianne Palicki recently told E! News on the subject, this is at least something that could be explored further a little ways down the road:
“I think [the spin-off is] still a maybe for sure, but right now, they just didn’t have a place for it … They’ll find some really fun ways to bring Bobbi in.”
For now, know that the third “Agents of SHIELD” season is premiering on ABC in September, and in the event that you had not heard previously, the entire second season is already available on Netflix! That is a chance to meet the Bobbi character if you haven’t already, and to get a few other assorted updates on what is coming.

really not interested in another non-superpowered Marvel project.
