‘Big Brother 17’ cast spoilers: Meg Maley is out to surprise

Meg -Every season, “Big Brother” tries to present a pretty accurate cross-section of people with their “all walks of life” claim. Meg Maley is going to be one of these said people. She’s a New York waitress who is fairly outgoing, loves the gig, and seems ready to go in there and have a good time playing. Most importantly to us, she seems to have a pretty good understanding of what the game is and isn’t going to get all bent out of shape if things don’t go her way. It probably helps that she is good pals with Andrea Boehlke from “Survivor,” and at least may know a thing or two about the CBS reality show juggernaut.

First impression – Meg promises to be different than the average “Big Brother” fan. She’s fun-loving, quirky, and seems to know the show at least fairly well. Also, she’s probably not going to be a target for at least the first month and a half since she won’t be seen as a huge physical threat. She wants to make people think that they can trust her and that she is relatively sweet and innocent.

Worst impression – There’s nothing too bad about her, but she’ll probably have to make sure she doesn’t give off the New York hipster impression that some may already have as some sort of preconceived notion. Also, she’ll have to read who in the house will appreciate her bubbly personality. Some will not.

In general, we’re at least feeling good about Meg being a player this season, and someone who could make moves in the right situation. She’ll probably have a chance at some point.
