‘Royal Pains’ season 7, episode 3 preview: ‘Playing Doctor’ keeps Hank busy

Last night, we had an episode of “Royal Pains” that we can certainly attest was a whole lot of fun. However, at the same exact time it was also one that had some hard times hit a few characters. Specifically, Divya is now going to have to fight harder than ever in order to keep her child, and Evan and Paige each learned that it is not going to be anywhere as easy trying to welcome a child as they may have hoped previously after a few realities started to settle in to a certain extent.

Next week, we have an episode entitled “Playing Doctor” that will follow up very much on some of what you saw last night, but there is not necessarily a whole lot in the way of shocking scoop in the synopsis below. As a matter of fact, much of it could be understood even if you were an episode behind:

“An intense Hollywood method actor wants to shadow Hank to prepare for his next role. Divya performs a genetic test on a royal patient who doesn’t want to play by the rules. And Evan accidentally takes his new motto of transparency at Hamptons Heritage a step too far, while Paige learns to put her plans aside and embrace chaos during a home renovation project.”

Now that we’ve said all of this, seeing Hank with a method actor could be really fun! Also, we’re sure that the show is not abandoning his romantic arc at the same time. The same goes for what happens with Divya; these stories above are just what they will also be occupied with.
