‘Major Crimes’ season 4, episode 2 preview: What will follow up premiere?

Major Crimes -Tonight, “Major Crimes” is kicking off what is its fourth season of cases, and it is doing so by really throwing you back into the action headfirst. Moving forward, should you expect more or less the same thing? It definitely sees like it.

We see the synopsis for next week’s new episode mostly as a case of good news and bad news. Let’s start with the first part of it: We could have a very interesting case on our hands this time around! However, the downside is that in this synopsis, we really do not get a whole lot in the way of details about some of the other stories that are going to be taking place throughout the episode; in the end, we’re just going to have to make do with the information that we have for now, and be excited about that:

“When a dead body pops out of the trunk at the end of a car chase, the squad must untangle connections between a superstar chef; a middle-aged pediatric psychiatrist and his second, much younger wife; and a bankruptcy lawyer (Paul Schultze) whose problematic representation threatens to derail the investigation. Rusty continues his attempt to identify the murder victim who called herself Alice Herrera, inadvertently threatening the case against her murderer.”

For the most part, we do still appreciate and understand the decision by the show to more or less move forward with the story this season, and not dwell constantly with what happened with Stroh. Will he come back? Probably at some point, but he’s not in the forefront.
