‘Legends of Tomorrow’ spoilers: Caity Lotz explains Sara situation

Legends -There is no sense of hiding it now: Sara Lance is going to be a part of the “Arrow” / “The Flash” spin-off “Legends of Tomorrow,” and her new alter ego will be none other than the White Canary. She has a new role to play in the world, and that is teaming up with heroes and villains in order to ensure that the future is saved from the immortal Vandal Savage, who is out to torment the world for almost an eternity.

Until yesterday, Caity Lotz had to keep quiet about everything related to her character’s return, given the fact that Sara died and all at the start of “Arrow” season 3. Even now, we still have some questions. How did the Lazarus Pits revive her, if that is how she has been revived? It’s not like she could have been pulled out of her grave all decomposed and then suddenly come back looking like nothing ever happened. Our feeling here is that somehow, time travel has to be involved here.

Also, there’s another question: Why wouldn’t Sara just go back to Laurel and her family after being brought back to life? Based on what Lotz told Entertainment Weekly Thursday, this will be on the mind of her character to a great deal:

“The thing that I like about Sara is she was always battling demons … She’s going to have a roller coaster. She doesn’t have a straight path. It’s not like, ‘Okay, this is where she is, she’s going to be good or she’s going to be bad.’ I think it’s going to be a lot of that.”

As long as there is a chance that Sara can eventually find her way back to Nyssa, we imagine that we’ll be happy. Nyssa deserves a little bit of happiness after this season of “Arrow.”
