‘Outlander’ season 1, episode 15 preview: Claire receives something of Jamie’s

Can you believe that we are almost to the season finale of “Outlander” already? There are shows that move at a brisk pace, and then there are also some that just air their episodes in such a way that makes it feel like it is over in the blink of an eye. This is what we have here. Because the first half of season 1 aired in what feels like a century ago, it now feels like everything is just blowing by.

Saturday’s episode is poised to be yet another major turning point in the show, with one of the biggest things you have to watch out for at the moment being what in the world is going to happen when it comes to Jamie. He is currently imprisoned, and the risk is huge that he is going to be at the complete mercy of Black Jack Randall by the time the story ends.

Can Claire save him? As the sneak peek below shows you, she is certainly going to do everything in her power to try! For the time being, though, she can at least attest to having his personal belongings. She manages to retrieve them, but it is still to be seen just how she is going to be able to use those to her advantage moving forward.

Expect this episode to be almost do-or-die for Caitriona Balfe’s character, with the only difference being that rather than dying, an unsuccessful mission here means that she could have to marry Dougal. Not exactly a desired fate on her part, either.
