‘Dancing with the Stars’ 20 results: Are Noah Galloway, Natsia Liukin into finale?

The end of “Dancing with the Stars” is only a week away as of this writing, and on tonight’s results show, we had a chance to see whether or not the Noah Galloway underdog story would continue a day after proposing to his girlfriend on live TV. That was a big moment, and the sort that would also get him some extra votes from the audience.

Sure, you can say that the other three stars in Rumer Willis, Riker Lynch, and Nastia Liukin all deserve to be there more, but what does it really mean to be deserving based off of scores? This is a show where the public controls a lot of everything, and whatever is good for the goose (the voting public) is good for the gander (ABC). They love it when there is a little bit of controversy with the votes, though Noah is a skilled dancer and a great story and we cannot see anyone too upset if he makes it all the way.

Now, let’s talk about shockers! Rather than Noah leaving, it was Nastia and Derek Hough / Sasha Farber! We’d pegged her to win the whole season and ranked her #1 almost continually throughout, so this one stuns us. Also, Olympians have a great track record on the show. It may just show that the narratives of the other pairs are a little more interesting to the audience.

Also, what this exit does that is exciting is through the final week into almost complete and utter chaos. Riker Lynch is probably now the favorite, but you cannot rule out in the Noah fans.
