‘Call the Midwife’ season 4, episode 7 preview (PBS): Teases on Fred, Patsy and Delia, more

Call the Midwife -Are you ready for more “Call the Midwife“? The penultimate episode of season 4 is coming on the air Sunday, and it should be that right combination of heartfelt and heart-wrenching that you know so well at this point. We’ve got your customary four teases from the episode below; some are a part of a more procedural storyline, whereas others will have some staying power moving at least until the end of this season.

1. We’ve all seen movies and read books revolving around two babies that are switched at birth, and some of the ramifications that come with that. What if you ultimately become attached to a child that is not yours? These are questions that are at the center of one of the episode’s key storylines, and it is far more emotional than any variation on this story that you have seen to date.

2. For a variety of reasons Sister Evangelina finds herself at the center of the story above, and she has to properly determine how to weigh and handle some of her emotions as a result.

3. Fred’s personal life is going to have a little bit of a spotlight in this episode, as we start to learn more and more what the difficulties are for him when it comes to opening his heart at this point in life.

4. Also, prepare to learn more about Patsy and Delia; their relationship, coupled with what is going on with Fred, are going to each carry into the season 4 finale.
