‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 2, episode 19 preview: Coulson, Gonzales find themselves in tricky spot

Agents of SHIELD -While it may sound crazy, could an upcoming episode of Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD” actually feature SHIELD and the Real SHIELD joining forces? What’s the reason for something like that happening? It is really as simple as the two parties being forced to become teammates, as they work for a common goal in making sure Hydra does not cause a wide array of chaos… and trust us when we say that Hydra can and will do that.

“The Dirty Half-Dozen” is the name of this episode, and the fact that it harkens back to the old days of classic team-ups is intentional. The synopsis basically just tells you everything that we’ve already said: “Gonzales and Coulson must find a way to put their differences aside and work together against Hydra, even if it means teaming up with someone they don’t trust.”

Why all of the secrecy? We feel that for the most part it ties back into the fact that the show is building up slowly to the events of “The Avengers: Age of Ultron,” which will probably be as much of a game-changer for the show as it is for the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The more they can keep secret for as long as possible, the happier the comic company and ABC will probably be in the end.

We cannot really say that the promo below is the most revealing one in the world, save for seeing some shots of Ward looking important and Coulson commenting that being on a bumpy aircraft probably was not the right way to go about doing business. He’s probably right, since no one like being in that situation.
