‘Ink Master’ season 2, episode 12 review: Who is going to the finale?

Well folks, we are almost at the end of this season of “Ink Master”. Next week is the finale, but before we get to that we still have one more elimination to get through. Tatu Baby, Steve, Sarah and Sebastian are all fighting to be in the finals next week and have all shown that they have the skills to be here. So what challenge are they facing tonight?

Since we are at the end of the road here there will be no flash challenge tonight. Instead the artists will be tested on all of their skills and are designing tattoos for professional athletes. The athletes met with the four artists and they each got to choose who they wanted to tattoo them (based on random order in case more then one athlete chose the same artist) and here’s how it worked out: King Mo and Sebastian, Scott McKillop and Sarah, Charlie Johnson and Tatu Baby and Marcus Stroud worked with Steve.

After judging the tattoos this week, Steve was named the winner of the challenge and we lost Tatu Baby. It was tough to see her go, but we were happy to see our favorite girl Sarah move into the finale. Can she take it all next week? She’s got some tough competition with Steve and Sebastian. Episode grade: C+
