‘Big Brother Canada 3’ live feed spoilers: Jordan and Zach’s big gamble; plus, a new punishment

Jordan -We are probably going to be permanently at odds with “Big Brother Canada” when it comes to the way that they choose to employ a punishment for the entire house whenever someone does something to defy them. Maybe in some ways this makes sense since it makes for better TV, but there is also a part of us that feels like this is in many ways akin to being in school, and having your teacher decide to punish the entire class for something stupid one student did. That’s never fun.

There may have been a number of violations that led to production taking away the hot water from the houseguests today, but the straw that seemed to break the camel’s back was Jordan seeming to tell them “f*** you” after he was told to get his microphone together. He tried to backpedal, but it may have been too late. This may also be why he went and cried in the bathroom. We know that being defiant to production is the cool thing to do, but we’re still surprised Jordan allowed his mind to go there for a second. You don’t want to be on anyone’s radar for any reason.

That is a great segue into a conversation that Jordan and Zach had last night, where they discussed a potential move that would have them on everyone’s radar: Finding a way to ensure that Kevin stays in the game if he is put up and either Sarah / Johnny get off of the block. They feel like they could swing the votes to get him to stay, but this is a big move that would probably make their allegiance to him pretty clear. Bruno has already picked up on Zach and Kevin being close.

What is interesting here is that thanks to all of this, Zach may have more of a reason to compete for Veto than he once did, since he may not want to put his alliance in the position where they have to make a stance clear. If he knew about the double-veto twist that could potentially enter the game, he’d really want to try. There’s no way that Zach would be put up, but if, for example, Brittnee wins the Veto and she pulls off both nominees, there is a possibility we could see a nomination of Kevin and Jordan. Brittnee, Kevin, and Bobby are the three Veto players in addition to Bruno and the nominees; Kevin and Bobby are probably going to throw it, which means that Bruno winning is the only real chance of things staying the same.
