‘Chicago Fire’ season 3, episode 20 preview: When will Taylor Kinney, cast return?

Chicago Fire -Did you enjoy the backdoor “Chicago Fire” pilot for “Chicago Med”? We’ll have a little more news on it later tonight, but we wanted to first share some of the first details regarding when the series is actually going to return to NBC. We understand that for some longtime fans, this has to be pretty frustrating given that you waited for so long to see the show return with new episodes this time, only to have another repeat airing again next week.

So while it will be April 21 when the show returns, we can give you at least the scoop on “You Know Where to Find Me.” Per SpoilerTV, take a look at the attached synopsis below:

“Truck and squad are called to the scene of a car crash that has Mills (Charlie Barnett) desperately working to save the life of a driver seriously injured in the wreck. Meanwhile, Casey (Jesse Spencer) has some doubts about Jack Nesbitt (guest star Eric Mabius), whose strip club he is remodeling on the side. Elsewhere, Hermann (David Eigenberg), Otis (Yuri Sardarov), Cruz (Joe Minoso) and Chaplain Orlovsky (guest star Gordon Clapp) help get their team ready for the peewee hockey championship, but Herrmann might prove more of an obstacle than the other team.”

Yes, it seems like there’s going to be a crazy mix of good stuff in this episode. The hockey part of it seems fun, mostly because this is the sort of stuff that we do imagine real fire departments doing as a way to further emphasize team camaraderie. Ultimately, we just have to hope that they are able to enjoy it, given some of the tough stuff they are going to experience earlier in the episode.
