‘Shameless’ season 5, episode 10 preview: Frank’s feelings; Lip and Kev’s catastrophe

Sunday night, “Shameless” will return with yet another new episode, and this one may actually be one of the funniest ones we’ve seen all season. We’ve done these sneak-peek previews the entire season, and the two we have for you this time certainly make us laugh more than any other that we have watched all season long. Granted, the YouTube-censoring is also strong here, mostly because stuff really hits the fan. (Yep, we censored that word as well.)

Today, the highlights that we have to share revolve around Frank actually trying to do something romantic (at least to a certain extent), and two other characters pressing the panic button.

1. Is Frank in love? – We love this story with Frank in love with Bianca, and for so many reasons. He’s not the sort of often fall in love, and even when he does, nobody believes him. This is what this preview is all about, as everyone in the bar tries their best to understand why anyone, especially a dying woman, would want to be with a man like him. Let’s just say that his list of redeeming qualities is not a particularly long one.

In case you are wondering, this may be really good evidence as to why this show is getting Emmy consideration as a comedy.

2. Kev and Lip’s plan goes completely awry – Who saw this coming? The answer here is probably “everyone.” There was no way this particular scheme was going to go off without a hitch, and as this video shows us, someone jumps out of a window as a result of their new drug trade. This is funny, albeit in a very disturbing way.
