‘Chicago PD’ season 2 spoilers: Why is Roman in trouble?

Chicago PD -Over the past several weeks, fans of “Chicago PD” have unfortunately been left out in the cold when it comes to new episodes, but this may be changing very soon with an installment entitled “The Three Gs.” This one is going to air come Wednesday, April 8, and what we know about it already is that there is a tragedy involving teenage girls, and Roman could find himself in some hot water after getting into a fight with another officer. Basically, this is a chance for the show once again to explore a side of police politics that is different from what you have a tendency to see unfold on some other shows.

Want to get some other news in terms of what to expect? Then be sure to take a look right now at the official synopsis for this installment:

“THE SEARCH IS ON FOR ONE OF CHICAGO’S MOST WANTED FUGITIVES AFTER SEVERAL DEAD TEENAGE GIRLS ARE FOUND IN A CHINATOWN FACTORY. When the father of one of the dead girls explains that he paid Dennis Lee (guest star Kelvin Han Yee) to have her brought to America, this hits home with Olinsky (Elias Koteas). Lee is one of the Chicago’s most wanted fugitives and escaped Olinsky once before. Intelligence isn’t about to let Lee dupe them again and Olinsky’s past files prove valuable in finding Lee’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Sean Roman (Brian Geraghty) has an altercation with a fellow officer which lands him in a bit of trouble. At the same time Platt (Amy Morton) helps prepare Nadia (guest star Stella Maeve) to take her polygraph test after passing the CPD written exam.”

Obviously, there is a whole lot going on in this installment, but the synopsis really fails to answer a question that we’ve had when it comes to the show for some time: What in the world is going on with Lindsay? Given that Sophia Bush is technically billed as the show’s “star,” she has been MIA during some synopses recently, even though we know she still has a part in the story.
