‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ spoilers: Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson react further to casting

American Horror Story -There is a pretty major tradition at this point of “American Horror Story” announcing big things at PaleyFest, and we saw that once again on Sunday night. Not only was it revealed that Jessica Lange is for sure not returning to the franchise, but that we are going to have a pair of new faces stopping by in Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson to the “Hotel”-themed installment ahead. Both have worked with executive producer Ryan Murphy before, and in the case of the “White Collar” alum, he is coming off of a brief guest spot on this past season.

So what did the two actors have to say about joining the series after the panel wrapped last night? Take a look at their Twitter posts below! What is noteworthy about this announcement to us is that we may be closer to having a true male lead for this coming season than we’ve been ever since the first season. You have Lady Gaga, but it feels like she and Bomer will probably share most of the spotlight.

With this being said, it is still very early and production is still a little ways off. It will take time for everything to start to slowly reveal itself, regardless of whether we are talking about individual roles or what sort of scares could be present in this particular establishment. We know that there are many different possibilities of things that could happen within a hotel. Personally, we’d like to see the presence of ghosts and some other supernatural events we have not seen since season 1 of the franchise.
