‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: A key Arastoo storyline in ‘The Baker in the Bits’

Bones Logo -Is it right up the alley of “Bones” to tuck something emotional away into what is otherwise a pretty silly premise? We certainly think so. This is definitely what the show is doing for “The Baker in the Bits,” which is the third episode back for the show following its super-long hiatus on Thursday, April 9. Odds are, you have probably heard a thing or two about this story already when it comes to Arastoo and a key decision that he has to make: Does he return to Iran for his dying brother, or stay at the Jeffersonian? There are so many different components to this that it is far from a simple decision to make. This also could cause some further complications between himself and Cam.

If you want to see some other scoop in terms of what to expect in this episode, and a case that is going to be in many ways rather gross, just be sure to check out the synopsis below:

“When the body of an ex-con is found in pieces, the Jeffersonian team investigates a local bakery known for employing former felons. But they soon learn that the victim was involved in a robbery gone bad, and start targeting suspects from the ex-con’s past. Meanwhile, ‘squintern’ Arastoo Vazirir (guest star Pej Vahdat) must decide whether to return to Iran to visit his dying brother, which causes friction between him and Cam.”

Given that this is only the 13th episode of this season, we imagine that there are going to be plenty of opportunities for this story to come up a little bit later this season. We just have to figure out what those opportunities are going to be as we get a little further along.

“Bones” returns come Thursday, March 26, and you can head over here to read more about “The Psychic in the Soup.” Also, sign up if you want to piece together some other TV news on everything we cover via our CarterMatt Newsletter. (Photo: Fox.)
