‘Glee’ series finale: Chris Colfer, Lea Michele, Darren Criss, cast discuss filming last moments

Kurt -Friday night’s episode of “Glee” is a huge one. After all, after it finishes airing, we are going to only have two more episodes! They are also going to air over the course of one night, and that makes the ending feel like it is coming up even quicker than it is.

In the video below, you can see many cast members, including Chord Overstreet, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Lea Michele, and Jenna Ushkowitz, all speaking on “Ellen” about some of their final memories doing the show. They’ve all been huge parts of this since the beginning, and while Chord and Darren both joined in season 2 and Chord even at one point left for a while, they have been very important to the fabric of the show. In the video, basically all of them admit to crying at some point during production. Specifically, the crew at one point had the cast looking at pretty much every person who has worked on the show, and that was hard for them given the strong friendships that have been made.

The subject of Cory Monteith also came up at one point, and Chord acknowledged that there is a way in which his memory is brought up further in the finale. Finn was such a huge part of the first four seasons of the show, and of the lives of these people, that it is nice to see that he is not completely forgot about.
