‘The Walking Dead’ season 5 spoilers: Will Andrew Lincoln’s Rick take over Alexandria?

Rick -At the end of Sunday night’s new episode of “The Walking Dead,” we ended the story with multiple surprises when it comes to Rick Grimes. First and foremost, the beard was gone! This, coupled with his new employment in Alexandria, is why we are able to use this old promotional photo again. It’s been a long time since we’ve had.

One thing that we do know is that while Rick may still have some things in common with that old Sheriff at the start of the season, he’s a very different guy. Therefore, there’s no guarantee that Alexandria is going to get what they bargained for. As a matter of fact, they may actually get the opposite. According to a new report coming in from TV Guide, Andrew Lincoln’s character is going to spend quite a bit of time on this upcoming episode doing what he can to take over the city. However, there are a pair of separate problems each standing in his way.

1. At least one person in the town will start to become aware of his new intentions.

2. He’s going to have some trouble even with some of his own people. Someone may start to get so comfortable being in Alexandria that they don’t want to be violent anymore, and are happy with things the way that they are.

Ultimately, expect this to be one complicated moral quandary after another.
