‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 16 spoilers: Kelli Giddish on future for Rollins, Amaro

Law & Order: SVU logoWhat is ahead on “Law & Order: SVU” for Rollins and Amaro? That is a question we do not entirely have an answer to at the moment … but neither does Kelli Giddish.

This has certainly shown itself to be a difficult, complicated pairing so far, from the way in which they first developed feelings to some of their confrontations since. We would imagine that given the nature of their jobs and also the personal history that these two share, things are not going to be getting easier anytime soon. Speaking on the subject to E! News, Kelli Giddish expressed this sort of ambivalence, and then also praised getting to do some of these scenes with Danny Pino that are different from the traditional content in the squad room we’ve seen over the years:

“I don’t know, I don’t know where that is. I don’t know where they’re taking it … So rarely we get to act with other people in the squad room, just like a two-hander scene, it’s just nice knowing that there is something, maybe another layer, that is going on in the squad room … So we’ll see where they take it.”

The real struggle at the moment for many of you is going to be the waiting, given that we are not going to see another new episode for at least a couple of weeks. While that may be difficult, we would advise you to remember that there is something positive that comes out of it: A chance to see a string of new episodes in a row come April / early May.
