‘The Fosters’ season 2, episode 19 preview: What happens next for Callie, Lena, Stef?

Monday night’s new episode of “The Fosters” featured many different storylines, and above all else, we had a whole host of reminders that change is coming for many characters. Callie is plotting her future in a variety of ways, Jude and Connor are growing closer, and Lena and Stef are facing some major tension in their relationship for a variety of reasons. While both have good hearts, how they handle certain crises is part of what makes them human. Unfortunately, that does pose challenges from time to time.

The title for the next installment is “Justify the Means”; if you want to get some other news in terms of what to expect, be sure to check out the attached synopsis below:

“Stef confides in Lena and Callie about a plan that will make it possible for the Adams Fosters to adopt Callie, but she’s not being fully honest about some of the steps she’s taken to put the plan in motion. In turn, Lena hasn’t been completely truthful with Stef about her conflicting emotions over expanding their family. Meanwhile, Brandon has an opportunity to pursue his dream of being a classical musician, but it could come at a price. Jude breaks the rules in order to be with Connor and faces dire consequences.”

Ultimately, we hope this episode resolves at least some of these stories … or pushes them to a place where they can be resolved. We are nearing the end of the season, and there are certain emotional milestones that do need to be reached.
